What time is check-in?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
How do I access the property?
At check-in time, you’ll receive an email containing your unique door code and detailed entry instructions. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) at that time.
What if I don’t receive the check-in email?
If you haven’t received the email by check-in time, please contact us immediately at 601-385-1199.
Is there a washer and dryer in the unit?
The unit includes a washing machine for your convenience. While there isn’t a dryer inside the condo, shared laundry facilities, including dryers, are located near the stairwell on the same floor.
Are there TVs in the rooms?
Yes, each room is equipped with a smart TV.
Can I use my own streaming accounts?
Absolutely! Feel free to log into your personal streaming services (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, Disney+). Please remember to log out of your accounts before checking out.
How do I adjust the temperature?
The condo features central heating and air conditioning. You can adjust the thermostat to your comfort.
What should I set the thermostat to upon departure?
To help conserve energy, please set the thermostat to 75°F (cool) or 65°F (heat) when checking out.
Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in shared common areas.
Are pets or parties allowed?
For the comfort of all guests, no pets, parties, or unregistered guests are permitted.
What are the quiet hours?
Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
What should I do before leaving?
